Collaborative Law

In the appropriate case, we will work collaboratively with the other side and closely with neutral accountants to resolve and settle a case. In the beginning of the case, we will sign a Collaborative Law Stipulation which sets forth the scope of our services. Under such a Stipulation, if any Motion or Order to Show Cause is filed with the Court by any of the collaborative attorneys involved, the collaborative process terminates and both parties have to retain new counsel and forensic accountants. It is a unique process that is very effective when the right clients and attorneys are involved.
